Asharqia Chamber presents its best
regards and informs you of the receipt of the letter of Saudi Chambers Council No. (739)
date (05/03/1438)referred to the letter of the General Authority for Zakat and
income No. (53401/16/1438) date (2.20.1438 e), about the
membership of the Kingdom in the Group of Twenty, and as"the issue of the
deterioration of taxes containers and shifting profits" (BEPS) that
attracts the interest of the leaders and finance ministers group because of its
negative impact on tax of the various countries, and as the Group directed the Gulf
economic development of the (OECD) (organization) to look into this
issue, and suggest the appropriate solutions, and as the organization formed
" the issue of the deterioration of taxes containers and shifting profits"
project that consists of several technical working groups to look at the issue
from different aspects, and the Kingdom represented in several collections, by
the General Authority for Zakat and income.
One
of the working groups which is working on this project a survey directed to the business sector
(private companies that operate in several countries) to evaluate the stability and steadiness in tax
systems (TAX CERTAINTY) in the world from the perspective of the business
sector to the importance of that in dealing with tax avoidance issues, and the
organization asked the Committee to inform the business sector to this survey to fill it directly and electronically
